Essential for Agents

I may return to my meeting and examine the conversation to verify that I am delivering the best service possible to my clients. Convin allows me to concentrate on the call at hand rather than collecting notes. Convin enables me to build stronger ties with my clientele. Allows new employees to view actual calls and conversations in which they may be involved. It enables a new employee to obtain knowledge and best practices for approaching their task.

PROS

I enjoy that I can readily search Convin for the information I require. I can skip over the things I don't need and get to the information I need quickly! I also like the opportunity to leave comments on other people's video clips. This is fantastic for providing comments and insights into other teammates' talks! I enjoy that I can listen to my teammates' phone calls to see how they approach their task. If they have a different method that works better than mine, I can take notes and improve my customer service.

CONS

The function that shows who is speaking is not always correct.

User-friendly and Convenient tool

PROS

I like that Convin now has access to 98% of the sales call process. After reading and seeing the script on a regular basis, the tool allows you to quickly learn the method! When trying to hit the process in order, the lead score and how well an agent performs are really helpful. I like the alert feature. Convin is extremely user-friendly and convenient.

CONS

I've only had a few glitches to work out, but nothing that I don't like.

Convin is very useful to me

Recording client calls so we can go back and collect details we might have missed while being attentive and without taking notes at the time, these were some of the problems we were facing before Convin came into our use. It has really eased our life.

PROS

Convin has had a significant impact on my personal growth. I enjoy looking back over calls after they've been completed, searching for important words, referencing significant points from a prospect, and receiving feedback from my supervisors and peers on specific conversations. Convin has given me the freedom to own my coaching and development, which I appreciate. Because I'm not concerned with putting everything down in my notes, I'm able to be more intentional and focused on listening to the person on the other end of the phone. The ability to go back and evaluate calls has provided me with this.

Tracks for sales talks are being worked on!

Convin produces from your voice and underlines all of the important details that you cover on your calls to ensure that you stay in compliance and do not miss your mark with the caller. I enjoy it since it provides me with word suggestions when I'm at a loss for words. It has helped me improve my delivery. It also lets you take notes for self-reflection which is easy to implement and follow.

PROS

I enjoy how it reminds me of the questions I haven't asked, because it's easy to become distracted in a conversation and forget what topics still need to be covered. I've noticed an advantage in repairing what they call patience, which is the pause between them finishing talking and me starting. Furthermore, all of the elements I mentioned above come in handy to help me fine-tune my presentation, ensure that I am discussing essential issues, and observe what the top salespeople in my firm are doing so that I can do my best to emulate them and enhance my own discussion and sales methods to match theirs.

How Convin gave wings to my career ?

I would like to describe it in just one word i.e MARVELLOUS

PROS

Convin has made it easier for my QA and myself to track and improve my communication and performance related to customer satisfaction and self growth , as without it i feel its quite hard to implement and deliver what the org. really wants from its employees. convin has the capability to induce a positive crticism based on my conversation with customers , also it has been evident enough that without it, the quality of our services would just collapse.1.Positive criticsm regarding my conversations is one of the best thing as i personally believe theres always room for growth.2.Easy to use and easy to recover data, No data is ever messed up.3.Created an enviroment of self growth, self improvement and analysis my speech and enhances my vocabulary (as i am able to listen to my calls and work on the grey areas).

sometimes Convin creates an enviroment of competition among my colleagues and although its a good thing alas , I dont why , it creates challenge for me personally.

What outstands for me is the CONVIN team!

A excellent tool for transitioning conversations into sales pitches, and the scripts are simple to follow. Our customer conversations are more successful, and having a script assures you don't forget anything. Convin comes highly recommended by me. It's a pleasure to work with the customer support team there.

PROS

Convin was a breeze to set up for us. With a single exe push, it updates itself! It's incredible to feel the silent push of guidance while live listening! Their customer service representatives are quite helpful! Their entire team is really attentive and helpful. They respond to queries quickly and effectively. The software is excellent, but it is their staff that made my experience with Convin truly exceptional. Convin has assisted our personnel in increasing conversion rates and getting back on track whenever a call is derailed by a customer. Convin provides many features and functionalities from the persopective of agents as well as managers.

Wonderful Experience

PROS

I enjoy how you can pause and change your remarks or ideas halfway, both as a manager and as a sales rep while easily implementing and using it in daily life as a counselor. I enjoy being able to listen to and review my calls since it helps me prepare and integrate my corrections for any upcoming meetings by giving me insights such as patience, talk ratio, moments that tells you about customer sentiment. I use Convin to ensure that I cover the most crucial talking points/paramters for consumers on future conversations by keeping a watch on AI recommendations in meetings page. It was also useful for noting down objections that I couldn't overcome.

CONS

Sometimes it works slow but overall the functionality is top level and the customer support team ensures that you get through the issues/challenges as soon as possible.

Neat features by Convin

Resolving issues that arose when I attempted to recall what had been said in a previous conversation, as well as allowing myself to share my calls with management for constructive critique.

PROS

Meetings with prospects can now be tracked automatically. This has a HUGE influence on my day-to-day life, especially when I need to review past calls or listen back to critical parts from a conference. My personal favorite feature is the ability to filter through and listen to calls before transferring a customer to my team. This is especially helpful because we have a huge account base and need to assure seamless information transfer while also moving quickly. This allows us to overcome both obstacles.

CONS

I don't believe I've encountered any flaws that have caused me to dislike this tool, but I'm confident that more usage of it will help me identify areas of opportunity.

Convin levels up my sales!

Convin is an excellent tool for learning, demoing, taking notes, and more. I couldn't accomplish my job without Convin, and it's a tool I use on a regular basis. Every sales organization requires this to increase sales conversations, transaction closing rates, and customer relationships. This is very useful when returning to re-listen to calls for discovery.

Conversations captured by Convin can be easily rewatched. - The Coaching sessions are simple to implement and improve call quality. - A powerful search feature that allows you to find a call by its content, participants, or call contents (based on the transcript), as well as an advanced keyword search filter is something that I used everyday. - Has the ability to share a specific excerpt, which is useful for sharing with colleagues.

Easy to use yet Insightful and Thoughtful

From sales perspective, I look for the calls and get the insights of where I am performing good and what needs more attention

PROS

The user-friendly layout and organization of all facts and tips in Convin is commendable. Convin has an option to filter out calls based on sophisticated keyword searches, which I use frequently. I like being able to see what I'm using for talk offs and how often I do what I need to do. I like the AI component and how easy it is to customize the system to match our needs. The Convin's team has been quite helpful, and the platform has exceptional features. Convin is significantly shortening our agent training timeframe and increasing agent success rate.

CONS

Initially, I found it a bit tough to implement but now I am familiar with the features and flow of structure so it works smoothly.

I would say convin is a one stop solution for your contact center when it comes to QUALITY.Most important part in the present service era- convin is very proactive to provide you the resolution- they follow the mantra of resolve it or escalate it- they will not give you any fake time line to resolve any issue.

Convin assists you and reminds you of your responsibilities. It highlights important points that I may overlook during the sales presentation and assists me in remaining compliant throughout the sales call. Ensures that I am in compliance with QA and performing my duties correctly. Convin concentrates on adaptation to corporate demands. The most notable accomplishment is auto QA on all calls. Because of the real-time guidance, this solution has also reduced our training time. I also appreciate the fact that it is easy to implement in our work.

CONS

I don't like it when I don't get credit for a right sentence and it doesn't check off or give me the correct percentage at the conclusion of the call.

Overall functionality is Amazing

Good overall experience with Convin as it provides amazing necessary features.

I enjoy using Convin in our everyday one-on-one meetings with customers to get insights about what went well in calls and where we can improve. I really like how simple it is to browse through a call - especially when I'm short on time, I like to use the speed up to listen to the full call. We've pinpointed mains in calls down to the second, which has been a significant coaching effort on which our managers have been attempting to collaborate with us.

Prior to Convin, you're attempting to improve by soliciting direct feedback. Convin ensures that not too much is lost in translation. I'm working on improving my ability to keep calls brief and efficient, as well as how to wrap up/set up next steps at the end of my calls.

Great for reporting and coaching purposes

We're dealing with representatives who get distracted during sales calls. Convin assists agents in staying on task and remembering to complete each step of the expected flow.

PROS

Convin is a platform that allows us to quickly view what our agents are saying to our consumers. Certain phrases are more successful in the sales process, thus we as agents have to say or ask specific items or phrases. When employing Convin, coaching becomes very customized to each agent. Individual agents are given personalized mentoring through this platform which is very easy to implement in our calls. It provides ample number of features.

CONS

It appears that there are a lot of dashboards to go through, but I suppose it's more beneficial than problematic for me. Ease of Integration is a plus.

Helping me to build good rapport with my user. Can understand areas I can work on another call. Evaluation is helping to get good converts too

By re-listening to those talks, I'm learning more about my strengths and shortcomings in sales conversations, learning more about our products, and giving me the capacity to pay more attention to the consumers' needs. Convin is great since it allows me to be in multiple places at once. I use Convin practically every day to stay on top of what customers are saying and to get a sense of what our prospects are interested.

I like that it is something that we as a sales team can modify to be more effective on the calls. Sometimes we don't know what to say or ask, so it's great to have some pointers to assist us navigate the conversation. Many times, objectives are offered, and Convin hears it and brings up rebuttals to use against the presented objective. This is useful if we feel we are stumbling. Apart from the features it provides, the support team is top notch and also it is simple to implement with its user friendly interface.

Refining the process with Convin

Conversation analysis done by Convin is great.

PROS

Convin's AI can recognize what is being said in the call and can prompt the agent on the phone with the appropriate responses in every case which is very easy to integrate. I enjoy the scenarios and how a phrase or collection of words might activate them, making the discussion appear more natural and pleasant, rather than requiring agents to follow a script word by word. Convin is ideal for managing client rebuttals; instead of agents or sales people figuring out how to handle particular scenarios, Convin will do it for them.

CONS

Great support team and the capabilties features hold is excellent but sometimes it gets slow

Convin also aids in the selection of appropriate language when communicating with customers.

To understand my clients' demands, I hold deep dive 60 to 90 minute meetings with them. Convin allows us to spend more time interacting and less time taking notes. We know the recording will be available to us later. Coaching for agents has gotten more easy to use. Instead of taking them on a call that may or may not be good, I can pick the ones I know will be useful. I can consider all factors in likes: - Convin is easy to implement - Support team makes Convin more reliable tool - It is easy to integrate

All calls are recorded and sifted through to produce an actionable transcript in very easy implementing way. The good news is that I can concentrate and easily integrate the lessons entirely on my customer without having to spend time taking notes during the session. It's very useful for quality checks!

Previously, while reviewing individual team member performance, it was difficult to analyze trends both individually and across multiple teams within the business. Convin has solved this problem with the scorecard function; we are about to add varying weighting to quality checks, section off different areas of the scorecard, and display the results for each segment. The scorecards serve to provide a clearer view of how the team members are performing and where they need to improve.

PROS

It is simple to travel to specific parts in the sales call that will be most advantageous for progress. Complete integration. I don't have to do anything after it's set up. Excellent for documenting meetings with screen-share information and some next steps. I also like seeing who spoke how much of the time on each conversation, especially because my purpose is to be more consultative and allow the customer speak the majority of the time. Integrating it with QMS allows you to easily examine previous calls with clients and prospects.

CONS

No, my positivity is totally inclined towards the benefits that Convin provides.
