  • Pros

  • First off, the customer support is amazing. Very quick to respond, friendly, and of course helpful.
  • I love the ease of client booking, options of subscriptions and packages, and the interface of the software. My clients all love it as well.
  • Amazing staff and extremely helpful. They have an awesome affiliate program as well.
  • Cons

  • Looking back on it, the whole process was incredibly inefficient and prone to miscommunication and mistakes. Now my calendar is synced with my students, and the billing happens behind the scenes.
  • Some of the functions are still a little odd, in that sometimes you have to order different types of charges (tuition vs. one-time) to keep things straight with payments, at least at first.
  • No more exchanging dozens of emails/text messages to try to nail down a time to meet. I just send them my link and they find a time that works for them.

  • This by far is the best user-friendly platform I have seen and implemented. I have used several types of CRMs over the years, but this works by far the best for me and what I am doing.
  • I love that new features are being added all the time. I love that I can integrate it with my website.
  • I like the fact that my customers and I receive confirmation of our appointments. I also am pleased that it is easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service.
  • Had I not been charged for a full year which is non refundable, I would have cancelled already.
  • Its also very American! which I find sometimes very difficult to deal with, acronyms and wording is sometimes confusing.
