Coach by another coach in a group that I am a part of and when I tried it, it was quite easy to use and the staff was ready and willing to help me quickly with any difficulty I had.

A very well architected and thought out platform. Easy to setup and use and amazing support with instant response and extremely fast resolution.

It is easy to use, and supports my business processes in coaching and consulting.

But as I use it more I see that its all about the 'journeys' As a way to build a standardized customer experience. I'll need to upgrade as I get more settled with the coaching practice.

Coach & an ICF certified coach with 10 years of coaching experience. Being an independent coach, I needed to manage and track so many things that I had no real mind space for coaching.

If I must, then I would suggest that a 360b degree tool can be designed and included with a readymade template. If it is already there, obviously, I've missed it.

They have superior Customer Service team and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very attentive to clients and making this the most effective and efficient software for them.

So, a product that is versatile, highly effective and simple to use is a blessing for any coach.

I love the ease of setting up programs and clinics. The software is great for creating clinics with easy to understand prompts.

Many of the features are limited, i.e. it has a payroll tracker, but no payroll integration, or it has accounting functions, but not ones that are actually usable from an accounting perspective.

Ease for parents to register for our camps and programs improved for our business. We still use software for private training business since it’s not as user friendly for upper hand.
