Customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with.

The program has a lot of great tools related to architecture to help with noting markups quickly and adding text and callouts. Easy to use and definitely overtakes Acrobat in my workflow.

Material list and breakdowns and customer service was good , it did a lot of what i was looking for but to much for my company.

Has a tendency to crash. Some functions, such as zoom, pan, are clunky.

Bluebeam has saved me tonns of time for editing files/documents and reviewing drawings for construction. I am very happy to have this software on my personal computer as well as work computer.

It is easy to work with drawings and documents. Very user friendly and has very good features that help with drawings and documents management.

The integration into Microsoft Office and the printing driver from ArchiCAD creates clean PDFs quickly and easily.

The ability to capture counts of markups for budgeting, great time saver.

I like how easy to use is. The interface resembles a pdf reader but it will allow you to annotate, quantify and read drawings in an incredible way.

This program is fantastic for Quality control mark ups, etc. I like its licensing type as it is not subscription based.

The fact of having a free trial for me is very good, it allows you to have an overview of the software without the commitment of having to pay for the software.

To make matters MUCH worse they have no escalation policy at all. Read that again;  a SOFTWARE company has zero escalation policy.

Occasionally have trouble with printing to the program, but not frequently enough to stop using it as my PDF maker.

I love bluebeam Revu for its ease of tools for engineering applications. I love the markup tools as well.

Everyone in my offices are experiencing the same problem.

I use it for both personal and professional tasks on a daily basis. They also have great customer support and are always improving their software to keep up with the latest trends and customer needs.

Great software to do team work, has the option of personalize the interface, fast and easy to use.

There are a lot of useful features that allow for flexibility and clarity when marking up documents. The sessions has allowed for collaboration across various companies/teams on numerous projects.

It is unbelievably frustrating. And if your trying to quickly review plan pages before a bid deadline this is TOTALLY the wrong software and you will be quite angry with it.

Bluebeam is a fantastic PDF editor, and their customer support is top-notch.

We then have to digitally stamp each page and being able to change the date and comments in the stamp so quickly is awesome. It integrates well with PROCORE which is an excellent Management Software.

Bluebeam revu sometimes had a tendency to crash unexpectedly, which could prove frustrating at times.

Overall a good experience as it is very useful for doing some quick sketches with plan sets.

It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.

It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I really like the ease of use. It s very versatile and i like the customer support.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.

It's an amazing tool for working together across departments specially in big organizations. It's great with tickets - tasks or bugs.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

Overall, the product is great to use. If your company invests in it then as a user, you should can count yourself lucky.

In addition, it is a great motivational tool and teaches us to discipline. It gives great insight into the status of ongoing projects and helps in their accessible presentation.

I like having the ability to “tag” other colleagues until tickets and messages. I also like the integration ability with some of our other tools.

I love that you can make recommendations and they listen to you and implement the changes which are great.

I like it is easy to use and even the price is not high for what it offers. I have been using these over the last years every day at my work and is perfect.

The overall experience is good, it can be better on certain costumization fields and profile managment.

I like most the versatility and the ease of use. It is designed in an intuitive way and the user experience has been great.

I liked most in JIRA is ease of use and helpful. It helps us in tracking project and its tasks so that we can get more clarity on project outcome and its implementations.

Jira was great for what I needed it for; bug reporting. However, as someone who it took a while to learn, I am happy that is all I had to do.

We needed a help desk system that is reliable and performed the functions we wanted. It fit the bill perfectly at a cost that didn't break our bank.

Jira works great and allows to access and change boards very easily. It is a great way to communicate with the team due to the great features.

It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
