Product is very easy to use and makes keeping client communications together really easy which in turn helps make us as efficient as possible.

Ease of use, easy to delegate and integrate with mail. Easy to follow up on where minor task are up to.

If someone does not use it fully, it does not work as well.

The best thing about Karbon is that it integrates with your email.

Staff became confused with assigning and allocating work tags.

The ability to monitor workflow, tag emails to client as well as the specific work being done is priceless. Information doesn't get misplaced and its so easy to stay on top of deadlines.

Wonderful and I can't wait to continue to gain further best practice and utilize all the components around capacity planning etc.

It is a great tool for project management. It helps us to know what work is pending and how it can be completed.

Only downside is the search function on emails, currently there is no ability to filter by a client or individual however we have been informed this is coming soon.

The client requests are user friendly for the clients and us. All emails are allocated to work or the client.

Lack of Xero integration, which I understand to be a Xero problem, not a Karbon problem.

Really good system... which is the next step if you used Trello and Podio etc. It is backed by some great people who respond very quickly... brings method to your practice.

Staff are responsive and helpful when needed. Lots of useful and timely webinars are also provided.

Email integration, and the level and ability of their support team to help with all our issues. They offer fantastic training and are very much there for you when you need them.

I like the fact that this software gives me visibility on Work that is not complete, by person, by budget, by client, by type of work. The flexibility of seeing reporting is great.

Workplace has familiar interface like regular facebook. It's newsfeed is probably one of the best feature of this application.

I like how it super inexpensive to post a job on there workplace and if I have any problems there customers service is always there to help me.

We get useful suggestion for the company here which can help to cut down the cost. Organization chart and co-workers search is fun altogether.

Workplace is an easy to use platform, as it is very similar to Facebook itself, but it has a separation between personal and professional life and this is very good.

I like who I can meet on this site and keeping in touch with the people I love. Their is many funny people on here and videos especially.

The best part is it is most user friendly software with secure part. This is also very helpful software for an IT guy.

Having used Workplace by Facebook in 2 organisations, the most nice features are. Ease of use with Facebook like template/look and feel.

I like that I can search for different types of jobs around my city that are good for me and which are more suitable for me.

It is difficult to  sort out from what is legit and what is just spam or offers that are not even worth your time. That cam be really annoying.

I have used this tool as a means of communication in the office with the work team and it has been great, intuitive, fast and friendly with its stickers. It has been a great solution for us.

It helps to collaborate, share and discuss the common tops with the employee. We used to share the knowledge, internal business promotions, and other opportunities among the employee using this tool.

This application allows people to connect and to network, and has been a really cool addition to the workplace and has bolstered the community.

At times we have bumped into the thread issue where content is out of sight and out of mind. Not their fault, it's a limitation in computer communication I suspect.

Sometimes I do realize you can't completely rely on Facebook due to cyber security and fraud.

This is great for small businesses as it allows you to market and build relationships within your community. My target market uses Facebook almost primarily so I have a large base to work with.

The interface is polluted and there is no filter to prevent the same publication from occurring multiple times.

It's weird thinking of Facebook as my company's Intranet but.

I hate that you cant delete the business version easily. I need to cancel one now and it is virtually impossible.

The best thing to appreciate is that it has a similar user interface as Facebook, therefore it does not require any special training for the members.
