I love having the ability to categorize insights, assign them to users/companies, and attach them to features or ideas on the roadmap.

Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Unfortunately, there is almost no reporting available. So although I can prioritise against company objectives, it is nearly impossible to report back on how much time and resource is allocated.

A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.

It is the best system of record for PM related information and to build a process in. A great way to ensure all stakeholder feedback is captured & organized.

Productboard's UI and organizational structure makes it a bit difficult to understand who specifically gave you the feedback.

Intercom integration send us what is collected via the support. And then of course our dear CS and Sales team help us by writing notes after talking to our customers.

Very positive experience, I use it almost daily and also to weekly check the developments. Would add a progress bar or % on the tasks to better indicate the status.

Great scoring mechanisms. Integrations are getting stronger.

The integrations, especially to software development workflows, are limited (Github). It doesn't replace project planning/tracking software unfortunately.

It also has a great integration with Intercom, which allows our support team to seamlessly share product feedback in a customer interaction with our Product team to process.

Good integration with Jira. Helps a lot when discussing the plans for the nearest weeks/months with the main stakeholder.

Workplace has familiar interface like regular facebook. It's newsfeed is probably one of the best feature of this application.

I like how it super inexpensive to post a job on there workplace and if I have any problems there customers service is always there to help me.

We get useful suggestion for the company here which can help to cut down the cost. Organization chart and co-workers search is fun altogether.

Workplace is an easy to use platform, as it is very similar to Facebook itself, but it has a separation between personal and professional life and this is very good.

I like who I can meet on this site and keeping in touch with the people I love. Their is many funny people on here and videos especially.

It is difficult to  sort out from what is legit and what is just spam or offers that are not even worth your time. That cam be really annoying.

I have used this tool as a means of communication in the office with the work team and it has been great, intuitive, fast and friendly with its stickers. It has been a great solution for us.

It helps to collaborate, share and discuss the common tops with the employee. We used to share the knowledge, internal business promotions, and other opportunities among the employee using this tool.

This application allows people to connect and to network, and has been a really cool addition to the workplace and has bolstered the community.

At times we have bumped into the thread issue where content is out of sight and out of mind. Not their fault, it's a limitation in computer communication I suspect.

Sometimes I do realize you can't completely rely on Facebook due to cyber security and fraud.

This is great for small businesses as it allows you to market and build relationships within your community. My target market uses Facebook almost primarily so I have a large base to work with.

The interface is polluted and there is no filter to prevent the same publication from occurring multiple times.

It's weird thinking of Facebook as my company's Intranet but.

I hate that you cant delete the business version easily. I need to cancel one now and it is virtually impossible.

The best thing to appreciate is that it has a similar user interface as Facebook, therefore it does not require any special training for the members.
