For us, it's perfect to run an ambassador program at Cridio and it does exactly what we want out of the box. With excellent UI/UX and customer service.

There isn't too much I don't like about Mobilize.

Great to use and easy to create a wonderful space.

It's a big improvement on older, clunkier mobilizing tools like Action Network; doing things like creating events is much quicker and efficient. And it just looks more modern and professional.

Some things that bug me about the software are the mostly small things that can probably be fixed in an update, but to me are annoying. In the chat session hitting enter will not send the chat.

It’s always nice to have a second set of eyes to check your work when you’re setting up any new program, and even better when they take the time to hold your hand and walk you through it.

We wanted a space where our members can find each other in an easy and flowing manner. Mobilize has given us the most amazing customer support and help to try and get to that goal.

When we first moved to it, the features were a little more limited.

Not mission critical, but an annoyance for me. When uploading an avatar img there is not a way to move the picture around and center the face.

The UX is very appealing. It is like having a private social media platform without the googlesque experience.

I like the layout of the forum with different channels and it's very mobile friendly. Reminds me of using Slack but with a better structure to the conversations and posts.

The best thing that you would like to have in the suite it is email interface. It is so user friendly and loaded with all the features that you might find it hard to have among other suites.

We can integration this suite with informative applications like Ted, IBM redbooks to view our daily feeds which is quite helpful for the people who are more interested in gaining knowledge.

It has the flexibility to provide mobile base, thick client and thin web base client. So it was good choice and we are quite satisfied with our decision back then.

Email setup is a synch and it has many customization abilities overall that really help. Contacts are made easy to access.

The highlight of the zimbra email service is the ease of using other mailboxes next to your main email.

Perhaps the worst productivity suite I've ever used.

Its quality control is abominable, for one. I lost track of the number of times our Zimbra environment went offline because of some obscure bug.

My overall experience is good. Actually very good in terms of value for money.

Functionality - availability of important basic functions like Calendar, Document Storage and mail backup is already there and is very easy to use.

Poor web experience with Email - it screws up pasting images in the body of the email message.

Hard to customize the installation, lost data when I needed to migrate to another server. The API uses XML-RPC which is not easy to use, JSON is a lot easier.

The new version of Zimbra is the best and most complete tool for emails.

Sometimes it lags, maybe because I use browser based rather than the dextop app.

I like that the entire Fyzical franchise emails pop up when I want to compose a new email. It is helpful to know how is available.

It is based on Linux, it can do SSO sign-on with Active Directory, as well as most LDAP based authentication directory services.

The read messages do not drop down to low priority, so if I leave one unread so I can come back to it. The message gets buried in the inbox.

It has been the best investment that has been made in the institution where I have been working for several years.

Our little complaints are just nitpicky and isn't serious. We've been using Zimbra e-mail for over 5 years and have not had any major issuer.
