Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The ease of use of the setup, quality of audio/recording, console design and integration with Marketo are my top reasons to recommend ON24.
  • ON24's ability to integrate with our CRM and share engagement analytics is incredibly helpful from a customer support perspective. It paints a picture of what my customers are interested in.
  • Cons

  • Infrequent technical difficulties with firewalls and unique audience configurations are sometime difficult to overcome during a live webinar which annoy customers.
  • The onboarding for the system was horrible. There are several areas on this platform and with each section there is a different ON24 person to lead you through the process.

  • I like the ease of the back end - it's pretty user-friendly. A lot of components are customizable as well, which helps in building out our community.
  • Now, they have access to all our subject matter experts through discussion forums and private messaging. Clients also benefit through engagement with other customers using the platform.
  • Cons

  • The system is based on HTML blocks, and sometimes you need to use contract hours on getting those blocks fixed, as they can be hard to edit as an average administrator with little HTML experience.
  • This can be frustrating when the only edit might be to bold or center a section.
