Configuration is easy, there are many canned reports to pull daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on changed and access to AD and other integrations.

Very useful product which integrates well with our systems and allows our L1 techs to keep a handle on user login issues on a daily basis without requiring any extra permissions in AD.

ADAudit Plus - Very helpful to track users and their roles.

The simplicity of this product is fantastic. Its on of the easiest and most simple piece of software to use with the most effective results.

If you have a large scale active directory environment you can not see what is going in it. You must use a auditor software and AD audit plus is perfect match for that need.

ADAudit Plus has helped us to fulfill a requirement: monitor our AD for changes with respect to security settings.

It doesn't sound so bad, but the upgrade process itself is dependent on this antiquated process that uses a batch file and a Java utility.

It is  bit difficult but if i am using continuously then only can get the least details.

IT is very user friendly software. Any IT person who has basic knowledge of AD and servers can do their work with this software.

File server auditing is the best so far, very easy to use.

There is a lot of options and sometimes it’s hard to find what you need if never used before.

Useful for tracking locked accounts as to where/why they are being locked.

Setup for some of the above can be quite complex and we can sometimes catch ourselves out if the rules are too strict. Manually adding someone to a group and forgetting we restricted it for example).

We use this for tracking bad password attempts and keeping logs of group changes.

Some of the upgrades are a bit of a pain due to services, and it's hard to install multiple products on the same server due to port usage and service installations.

We have a very complex file server where alot of file movement happenes every minute. And wihout it made the tracking of a file very difficult.

The ADAudit support team were really good with helping my team get the product set up in the first place, making sure that everything that needed to be seen could be seen.

Affordable and easy to use. It gathers a ton of useful information for internal audit support for SOX.

Overall, this is great program with a friendly and attentive support staff.

Some of the modules are not fully fleshed out - External Documents is missing some key functionality that would be simple to program in.

I think it is very possible but we need to expend resources to do that and we are currently resource and capital constrained.

Benefits such as using it for sales and or audits is a valuable tool and so has paid for itself by increasing sales and opportunities the company has gained.

This software is a great tool to manage our document control, non-conformance, continual improvement program, etc. Overall, this software is a value added tool in the management of our QMS.

It is a good all-in-one solution for document control, KPI analytics, and NCR/CIP management.

Easy to use basic but effective system. Very responsive customer service.

Benefits are clear asset usage and certification of both equipment and personnel. Having a system that tracks CIP and NCR and will inform the client of the findings is a great tool.

Finding all of your HSE and Quality information is easy and add tremendously during audit time. We have had several auditors make positive comments about the QMS and it ease of use.

It doesn't make it hard to get what you need out of it. And most of all Mireaux is a great support system and they are always willing to work with us and help us create what we need within the QMS.

The setup and layout of the system makes it easy to navigate with an auditor.

The admin side is a little confusing. Changing the site menus can be a challenge.

I like that the software is user friendly, easy to understand.

I absolutely love Web QMS as it is very easy to use. The system is very flexible and can be fine tuned to whatever the client may need.
