It is also unclear whether Tock Seng should be input as the First name (based on the fact that it is a given name), or as the Middle and Last name (based on order).

The simplicity and quality of the reports. Our clients have commented how good it is to have all the scanned lists in one place.

There appear to be some problems with staying logged in to the dashboard on some browsers/mobile devices. Also some of the PEP information might be outdated.
