I don't have to search back anymore in endless emails, every person and project has all the information on one site. I also love how many things can be integrated, especially the Slack notifications.

Customer support and the rest of team at Shortlist have been great to work with.

User interface (UI) is intuitive to use. Friendly and personable customer support, they want to help us grow (awesome!).

I think value for money - you cannot go past this. It's priced extremely well for software in this category.

We have been Shortlist clients for about 6 months now and I have been impressed with the updates they have rolled out and the high quality customer service.

The team have been excellent and really accommodating to our requirements.

Also, searching through the freelancers in the onboarding page is very difficult and I sometimes have to scroll through 100's of freelancers before I find the one I'm looking for.

The team was a joy to work with. I had requested a calendar feature as part of my POC, and the team spoke to their product team to make it happen.

Takes 2-3 weeks to process and with holidays can delay payments longer. Customer services is UNREACHABLE at times, only a chat function with NO phone number to contact.

The software is very easy to use which makes it easy for the operatives that work for us to understand the functionality and complete their on-boarding with ease.

From uploading documents, to communicating between parties, managing budgets and deadlines, I have never come across a solution as perfect as the shortlist.

As the only content manager at the team I am responsible for around 100 people.

Shortlist made this insanely huge and complex task mindblowingly easy. Steps that I had to do 30-50 times per project can now be done with 3 clicks.

I can easily plan projects and manage my budgets within the platform which is incredibly useful. What I like most is that I am able do all of this within one hub.

I can't say enough good things about Shortlist, and how vastly it's improved and streamlined our processes, and in turn, our own work flows.

Shortlist is user-friendly and has a lot of nice features that help me better manage my team of freelancers.

Not much to note here, but I'll get into the weeds so I can provide constructive feedback: The process for adding a partner to multiple groups can take a little more time than I would like.

Overall i highly recommend shortlist for any contractor.

I love the team behind the tool. Always there to help and looking for my satisfaction.

The smallest/ minor inconveniences such as formatting, or having to press Shift + enter to go to the next line. Or, how you cannot format freelancers in alphabetical order in lists.

The platform has integrated into our business very well and has saved us a ton of admin.

However, the lack of flexibility in modifying questionnaires feels clunky at best and downright annoying at worst.

Ease of use and ability to integrate with our internal platform. Demonstrated ease of onboarding and payment tracking for our outside contractors.

Software is great, customer service is great, excited to see it continue to improve and grow.

Shortlist does have limited reporting and project-tracking features.

Intuitive set up; you can tell it was designed with the user experience in mind. Amazing responsiveness of team.

Sometimes difficult to find the thread to reply to your vendor's message.

Finally a quick and easy way to track, search and reviews all my vendors.

Sometimes the structure could be a bit rigid if we wanted changes.

It is like a dream come true. I needed a product like this for many months and finally decided on Shortlist.

What I like most about this software was the ease of use and how fast we were able to implement this program into our medical practice.

Unbelievably thorough approach to the minefield of HIPAA regulations that no provider can possibly be adequately aware of. I have been well educated, and now well covered, in just a few weeks.

Pop-ups but i think that was more my computers fault. I don't believe there is anything that I dislike about this program or feature.

This has been the best HIPAA compliance software that I have seen thus far.

I now have a better understanding of HIPAA as well as my staff and have the confidence I have been looking for.

This has take so much pressure off of our office, very easy to use, great bang for the buck.

We have found no significant issues with the HIPAA Compliance Software.

There were only a few set backs that were due to user error, not the program.
