Pros
- It is very easy to use and having amazing customer success advisors. Sensitive content hidden] (Sr. CSM @sprinto ) our dedicated rep, was extremely available and helped us in our all queries.
- Good platform and great customer support. Our point of contact [sensitive content hidden] has been of great help and always responds and helps within a day.
- I was thoroughly impressed with Sprinto's user-friendly interface and intuitive design. Navigating through the platform was seamless, and I appreciated how easily I could access the features I needed.
Cons
- No one wants to deal with this stuff. It's always a pain, always a mess, and god help you if you need to do an audit.
- Everything gets passed if you upload the evidence, so there is no way to know if you are doing in correct way.
- Limited customization options. Higher pricing compared to competitors.
Pros
- The risk assessments are wonderful and give you clear direction and recommendations for further improvement. This saves me so much time and gives me such peace of mind.
- The training and support we received from [sensitive content hidden], our implementation coach, has been superb. He is knowledgable, easy to work with, and set us up for continued success.
- I now have a better understanding of HIPAA as well as my staff and have the confidence I have been looking for.
Cons
- Pop-ups but i think that was more my computers fault. I don't believe there is anything that I dislike about this program or feature.
- Any issues that others had were due to user error.
- There were only a few set backs that were due to user error, not the program.
