  • Pros

  • Ease of use; durability of tracing notifications; great support network; cuts down on paperwork; easy to understand and great sharing ability.
  • The workflow submission is very practical and suitable for project engineering. It reduce paper usage and helps to monitor the progress.
  • Aconex has wonderful customer service. You can reach them 24/7 for help.
  • Cons

  • I believe that in the main the bulk of my dislikes stem more from my lack of knowledge of the system rather than the software itself.
  • My biggest frustration comes from the rare occasion when the system crashes. This can be very disruptive especially if I am in the middle of completing a site inspection reply.
  • In recent times there has been several outages or slow running - frustrating when you need the system every day.

  • I loved the capabilities ServiceTitan gave us for communicating with customers, the ease of scheduling and dispatching, tracking of maintenance agreements, etc. Overall usage was great.
  • The abilities are rich and continue to be added to over time with the system. They are continually improving based on feedback from their customers.
  • It's extremely user friendly. Tech support is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • Its just not what I needed for my business and customer service was horrible, multiple transfers stating that I had the wrong department and ended up bei g hung up on.
  • The implementation people just want to rush you in and out and avoid all the problems. The Success managers are too busy to fix any problems and you are stuck fending for yourself.
  • If you need to contact support, its a 30-60 minute wait. The awkward steps to do "one-off" custom priced invoices is annoying and more difficult than it should be.
