Customer service is very helpful. Good mobile phone integration.

This issue poses frustration when field inspector is needing to call in for technical support while in the field.

Also I think  that the construction industry needs an application like archisnapper - gives us a good overview and stores all the report nicely.

It also really helps me organize and track issues that need attention until they have been completed. Getting up and running with the software is quick and pretty intuitive.

The mobile phone usage is not working well as the commands are far to small and complex for the mobile phone device - so I couldn't manage to do the reports on the site.

We are able to share site conditions and project status easily with everyone that is involved. It was extremely easy to set up and very user friendly.

A lot of details can be inserted, reporting is really nice and way of exchanging info with stakeholders can be really easy. Great support and a great quality for the price.

I used this software for a project that has intensive reporting requirements and it saved enough time to justify the expense of the subscription.

Overall experience has been very positive. I chose the product initially because of its ease to create on site with a smart phone and then finish at the office on a laptop.

I dont like the required report number field. Sending reports through the website on the iPad is a little clunky.

The system is designed for field based tech's and is a bit clunky for site based staff. Reporting is very limited.

Not able to report on SLA clock stopped duration or retrospectively update HelpDesk tickets. Different mobile version for engineers that is far less detailed and functions differently.

Lastly, where most of these softwares fail, in my opinion, is bulk export of everything.

System is slow,cumbersome and difficult to work with.

Added to notes on job can be a bit tricky. Viewing pictures on pc is terrible.

Deceptive costs...  and i wasted 20 hours entering data.

This is infuriating when you are trying to talk to a tenant and have entered a lot of info, only to find you have to start all over again.

I actually love that the customer can accept or deny my estimate sent to them by email. I also like that it turns your accepted estimates into jobs.

We are still at the implementation stage of using Loc8 but I can see the benefit this software will have for our company. Loc8 is  a great tool for equipment tracking and asset management.

To enter warranty details, you have to start at 1970. Unable to delete task, everyone makes mistakes! the window to add a new task and makes it hard to identify the correct task.

We are a small company but are growing quickly and are hoping to find a software that will help us expand and grow without breaking the bank.

The calendar wasn't functional. The time when we scheduled the jobs were off and messed us up on our appointments.

Sound public API, brilliant support and ability to build custom dedicated interface are the key points of  the success.

The response from LEM is always pretty fast. And they are really nice and very helpful.

Good for work order management and keeping track of outstanding jobs. It is easy to create a work order either as an administrator or a mobile user.
