Powerful fuction helps user generating key decision making indicators in seconds. It also can be used on all sorts of different type of projects and users can custom the inputs to suit different needs and requirement. Estate Master is suitable for both easy simple projects or large complex projects. Cons: The only part that I think Estate Master can improve is the funding/finance part of the input where limited loan facility are allowed. We have some large project which have over 40-50 stages and in actual world, we will have at least 40 loans to cover the whole project however the software have less than 20 loan facility avaliable to be set up.
