Pros
- The product offers features for editing 2D geometry and annotating architectural drawings. I also love how you can attach and import PDf files.
- This was a great lower cost solution for getting into CAD. The cost is more than what we wanted to spend, but pricing is competitive.
Cons
- Sometimes the program may crash or shut down unexpectedly. If the autosave feature is not enabled this can lead to a huge loss in work.
- Some 3d elements and quick short cuts are not available but it really doesn't effect our daily work flow.
Pros
- I love how technicians can create quick quotes from estimate templates, show pictures and pricing, good/better/best options and financing and even take payments and signatures on the go.
- The scheduling and dispatching board and screens are easy to navigate and very helpful.
Cons
- The implementation people just want to rush you in and out and avoid all the problems. The Success managers are too busy to fix any problems and you are stuck fending for yourself.
- Its just not what I needed for my business and customer service was horrible, multiple transfers stating that I had the wrong department and ended up bei g hung up on.
