No part of this experience makes me feel artificial intelligence is used. I feel this is a marketing tactic to capitalize on the Artificial intelligence trend. I should be able to delete for example "Regular parkng stall count" without clicking on 122 parking spaces. The help feature lacks clarity, lacks customer focus, and makes the customer work around things instead of providing solutions that make it efficient. We are always working around snow falling on areas we need to see and measure but Attentive can assist, and it can be the difference on whether or not we bid on a property.
