One of my favorite features is uploading updated plans/addendums to a plan we have already submitted. Submitting your project for takeoffs take no time at all. Once the interface is learned you can submit a project for takeoff in 1 minute. You are assigned a customer support agent that supports you through your onboarding. They are very responsive and care about your wants and needs. The take offs are very detailed, and they are willing to provide the takeoff in a customized format that is similar or identical to your template you use on a regular basis. They are always looking for criticism in order to perfect their product, so it fits your estimating needs. #### Cons While you do get your takeoffs in a timely manner, there are times when your takeoffs may be slightly delayed.
