  • Pros

  • Great company with outstanding customer service. I would certainly recommend BIM track to anyone in the Architectural, Engineering and ,Construction industry.
  • It was very good Experience with this product and very strong customer support. The most important thing is my money value in invest.
  • I am happy that I had the opportunity to try this product. It is very promising, with very useful tools and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • The viewer is still very basic and is not easy to use. Uploading IFC is time demanding and the automated upload was not working well.
  • I often ran into situation where, updating issues were happening in the wrong item selected in the UI.
  • We are currently utilizing BIMTrack on two coordination projects. We were having trouble tracking our coordination issues with the static Navisworks clash report.

  • Pros

  • Sound public API, brilliant support and ability to build custom dedicated interface are the key points of the success.
  • Good for work order management and keeping track of outstanding jobs. It is easy to create a work order either as an administrator or a mobile user.
  • We are still at the implementation stage of using Loc8 but I can see the benefit this software will have for our company. Loc8 is a great tool for equipment tracking and asset management.
  • Cons

  • To enter warranty details, you have to start at 1970. Unable to delete task, everyone makes mistakes! the window to add a new task and makes it hard to identify the correct task.
  • This is a tedious task as I have to wait for the information to re-download. If this is done multiple times per hour I am losing time.
  • This is infuriating when you are trying to talk to a tenant and have entered a lot of info, only to find you have to start all over again.
