Bizprac is an on-premise construction management solution for residential, commercial and architectural businesses. The solution helps users manage builder contracts and sends reminders to users.
Users can view actual costs against budgeted expenses on a real time basis. The job costing module allows users to create jobs from estimates, process invoice payments in batches and produce contract variations. Users can import price lists, invoices or bill of quantities and get monitor job statuses.
Bizprac’s quoting module helps users to set up quote templates, highlight missed items, attach documents and view historical data on previous projects. The job management module prepares Gantt charts for each job, helps users schedule resources and manage workforce certificates and licenses. Other features include document management, reporting, payroll management and accounting tools. Users can export reports to Excel, Microsoft Word and PDF formats.
Support is provided via phone and email. The software is available through concurrent licensing.
