Pros/Cons
Pros
- During that time have looked at other software and keep coming back to clear estimates because of ease and reliability. I recommend it highly , once you set up your templates you are good to go.
- With the new search feature, I am now extremely happy with this product and am very glad to have found it.
- Clear Estimates seemed to have ease of use and great customer service. The guy you speak with is VERY nice and understanding of your needs.
Cons
- I forgot to shut it down and then got charged for two additional months at $59 a pop.
- It does lack pricing on impact windows , and pricing on roof trusses are off.
- Reports page needs more options. You should be able to put the disclaimer, project disruption etc.
Pros
- I was an adjuster for 20 years and had a good computer system. Our company needed this to help organize and use the great tools.
- I really like the way I can customize my menus and functions. I love how I can create automatons, reminder emails, templates...its really amazing.
- I like that it has a lot of basic functionality and solid reporting capability. The ability to log and see all interaction under a job is super good.
Cons
- Nimbus has since refused to give us the detailed user activity reports that are stored on their server. So if an ex employee steals your data, you are screwed.
- M becoming frustrated with the lack of features I need and the poor customer support.
- Additionally, the mobile apps are so bad our people have stopped using them and are opening the desktop version on their mobile devices.
