This software is cloud based and pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.

I like the way the Remodelmax cost database  is organized with parts grouped into categories and subcategories.

You can manage all your job costs in this software and it has a great integration with QuickBooks Online. It is very easy to use and provides a lot of project management functionality.

It is an all in one project correspondence to customer, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers. I like its user friendly built and its professional look on their templates.

The training is key to success. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase after doing a great deal of research and love the customer service.

RedTeam makes it easy to access construction drawings so that we can quickly determine what on the project we can provide pricing on.

My overall experience with Red Team was really great. It allows everyone on our team (contractors, employees and the clients) to keep in touch and know what is required and when.

Too convoluted; no local support; no real training other than videos, subs didn't respond, not for people who don't like computers (my superintendents are very old school).

The formatting of the documents for printing is very bad - light blue and gray fonts don’t print or copy well. It also is formatted such that it uses a lot of paper to print and could be condensed.

It also has the affordability that smaller businesses will be able to utilize this application as an advantage.

The Progress Reports and the ability to capture photo's and upload them from the mobile app is also a great feature. Billing through RT is quick and easy.
