The solution offers document management, which allows users to upload project documents to the cloud and track versions and status. The field reporting functionality allows users to track and monitor key field metrics such as weather activity, visitors on-site and equipment deliveries to learn about field activities for decision-making. Property Management company uses CM Fusion for condo renovation work

As a small property management company, keeping track of the flow of information between our design team and contractors during the renovations of our properties was a challenge. In addition, document management was inconsistent from one PM to the next, thus creating a challenge for our accounting department to find information in a fast and consistent manner. Implementing CM Fusion solved both problems and gave us a cost efficient Project Management software that all of our PM's now use.

CM Fusion Review

Since our sign up with CM Fusion, our operations and communication with our clients or vendors has become more efficient. As a result of this efficiency we have been more profitable. Our subcontractors and suppliers are happier with the timeliness of responses and the real time coordination. With CM Fusion, our clients are able to get real time status updates as the project progresses which in turn allows them to report to their management with ease. Our staff has welcomed the application as it has allowed them to have a one location for accessing the necessary documents to complete our projects in a timely and cost effective manner. No more shifting through hundreds of emails to find documents. CM Fusion was a great investment for my company.
