JobTrac helps electrical contractors track change orders, submittals, labor and material use. They can also manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), Request for Information (RFI), submittals and purchase orders. Other capabilities include photo management, facility management, document control, contract management, and equipment and resource management.
JobTrac allows project managers to monitor milestones and track progress for each project or task. It also provides Gantt charts to schedule resources and tasks. The solution has a Journal Message Center from where users can send and store email, change orders and purchase orders in the form of PDF files.
