Pros
- Tracking progress with a glance on the dashboard. Support team being responsive and helping us every step of the way with configuration and deployment.
- The customer service team is FANTASTIC to work with. They are quick to respond and are constantly coming up with innovative ways to make things easier for their customers.
Cons
- Not the easiest to get the hang of. Technicians found it a little cumbersome to pick up, but the project managers have not had too many issues.
- The dashboard can be a little misleading at times. It will say you are 100% compliant, but you will have just received an email saying something needs your attention...can be confusing.
Pros
- I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.
- This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.
Cons
- That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.
- I really dislike the amount of redundant features advertised as individual separate features. It was frustrating to say the least.
