Awesome overall experience. I don't have project managers always asking where they are at on a project. EpicPro is so easy to navigate through to find something. Projects are so much easier to to keep track of. All labor is costed to the jobs, and that includes all of taxes, burdens, and union expenses. The support is amazing, and I feel like they are part of our company.

The Job tracking is what I like most about the software. I would spend countless hours trying to put together all of the costs together for our weekly meetings with our old software. Now when we go into meetings I just pull up the Job Costing Dashboard and everything is there in real time, with all of the details needed.

I would say the only thing I disliked was learning a new software, but if I ever had a question I would call either [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and they would walk me through it.
