We really like their staff. They are completely US based, super friendly, and have the kind of customer service that all companies should strive for.

I dislike how many iterations and passwords I need to enter into the system. I dislike that I need to be logged into the system in order for the automated emails to work.

Have not come across anything I dislike about the software.

Customer assistance has been great and helpful. Doing a the basic tool tracking is simple.

They always walked through everything. I would highly recommend this software for anyone that keeps track of equipment and/or supplies.

After researching several companies and demos of different products, we like GigaTrak the best not only for ease of use but also the price. They do not charge per asset like many others do.

I have found no bugs and the occasional update is to actually enhance the product not fix it.

Logically placing things under the right menus. Very easy to check in/check out and place those items into warehouses , if needed.

Easy to use, you can track the tool history, good customer service and support. Cost is good for the value.

I like that they offer both options and dont push to Cloud. I also like their customer service since the purchase.

We enter all our AR and AP transactions into Knowify and it syncs beautifully with QB. Absolutely love the built in AIA billing format and the ability to email out of the application.

By far the worst thing about Knowify is the reporting. Though there are numerous reports built in, they are not easily manipulated, and they filter data depending on how it is put into the software.

I like the ease of use, bidding and invoicing functions most.

Knowify represents an excellent QB Online integrated app for specialty contractors and subcontractors. The product has all the functionality to plan, propose and engage customers.

Customers complain about the invoicing, it's confusing.

Some times the address look up system does not work. The phone log in app tends to lag or not work at times.

This software makes it very simple to make change orders, simple invoicing, and great documentation.

Our ability to track job profitability, manage employee's time, and provide easy reporting for the bosses has been fantastic.

As a consultant to a construction client, I found the software very easy to learn and use, with the best customer service I have ever experienced in software.

Editing times in the time tracker is difficult. It took some time for our employees to get used to using the time tracker and fixing their time was difficult.

The thing we most like about Knowify is how simple and cost effective this addition to our QuickBooks software has been.

The integrations are fantastic and keep work flow going. Their mobile app is very simple so all of our supers are able to navigate  through the app in English or in Spanish which is a huge plus.

Knowify is singularly impressive in it's ability to speak to both the complex and real time needs of contractors while satisfying the employee, office staff, and the accountant's requirements.

Te main problem that I solved was time, now I have the bidding and invoicing in the same program.
