Pros
- IFS is windows based and the only software (as far as I know) that contains finance and HR module inside. Very easy to check your data, easy to learn and easy to book items (invoices, statements).
- Superbly elaborate and granular. It will eventually do everything we need to achieve and more and all within one solution.
Cons
- Customer Portal lack a significant amount of functionality needed.
- It becomes very rigid in terms of customization and repetitive actions are required to keep the process in check.
Pros
- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
Cons
- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
