It has been a good experience. It is very easy to see grades and take corrective actions.

ISNetworld was very eager to get our companies money. I received several phone calls wanting me to sign up.

We can share great ideas and safety news and procedures and you can make yourself visible to other companies.

The dashboard is fairly easy to navigate and the message center is very helpful to keep on top of requirements and information requests.

If you don't qualify you just paid a lot of money to find out the hard way that you don't qualify.

I would rather have a root canal then work with ISNET. Whoever is reviewing this company in a good light is either brain dead or works for them.

ISNetworld is a solid and reliable compliance management product.

ISN charges based on number of employees, in other words the more employees you have the more ISN thinks you should pay.

At first, when our clients were requiring us to buy and use this software, I thought it was a scam.

Their wants are so ridiculous and they do not review the documents you send. I have to resubmit the same document over and over again until someone with half a brain finally reads it.

Very poor service and unable to trouble shoot.

In general - ISNet is not terribly difficult to use or operate.

This is a terrible program and Comply Works is awesome, they are easy to use friendly, you go red, you update done.

My concern - we have recently reached out to ISNet (twice) and ask for a discount moving forward... reasoning we asked for the discount.

If you are a contractor, you are forced to subscribe to ISN. Rather than work to make you want to be a customer, they threaten to notify your customers if you do not renew every year.

I'm unable to respond because I am unable to log in. I've called ISN numerous times, but no one has ever assisted me.

I pump cement down multiple miles of pipe underneath the ground, which involves amazing engineering and trading - so I can manage to click buttons of my computer.

The requirement are over the top for a small company yet perfect for a company with over 50 employees and a brick and mortar establishment.

They are trying to be to much for one single site. Customer support is very poor.

The insurance review team frequently makes mistakes (which creates a ton of wasted time) and a lot of the modules are buggy or use flash player which is darn near banned on most browsers.

Good and reliable compliance management software.

Worst of all is the service. If you are a hiring client, they roll out the red carpet.

Parameters set by SCE are very difficult to achieve. You don't know if you qualify to do work with them until you purchase the service - 160 employees = $4,200.

If negative oil & and the shutting down of the American economy involving an invisible virus that’s literally killing people doesn’t get ISNets customers a small discount or payment options.

They read off the answers to our questions and actually give no advice at all.

Their support team is a great help and has a quick response time whenever help is needed.

Everything, it is hard to update, hard to communicate, the most expensive, and the worst customer service. Who screws over the maids.

It is a click and choose service and if our clients click a field that does not apply to us, we get an F rating for non-compliance. Customer service is horrible.

Provides a good foundation 9f information for customers to use in viewing a company's overall safety compliance.

It is an amazing compliance tracker and incredibly convenient for our customer and third party companies we deal with.

Not everyone learns at the same rate and everyone hates change.

The applications are user friendly and the closing per month  is quick and efficient. If you encounter any difficulties the support is outstanding.

Looking forward to discovering more efficiencies we were unaware of previously.

We also use the software for AR, AP, inventory, and check reconciliation. Overall VMS is a good product, and has great customer service.

It is a fully integrated product from purchase orders to dispatch to all things financial. We don't have to go outside the VMS product for supporting software such as an accounting product.

It is great to visit with them every year and to know there is a friend on the other end of the support line when we need it.

Ability to transfer Estimate to Job Cost and Service. The ease of searching  is great.

All software has issues and the client portal allows us to log issues and check the progress. The staff is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Top marks for customer support. Having an integrated solution for all our business is very efficient.

My biggest issue though is how difficult it can be to get some new set up by programming. Anything custom is expensive and takes forever.

Having such a great customer service team when dealing with software changes and updates, even when trying to navigate areas in the program your company has yet utilized they have never let us down.

No or very little training on the software. No idea how to use most of it.

We always come back from the conference with new information and ideas for improving our workflow. Above everything else, we value the Vertical Market Support staff.

The support was, and continues to be great, and I have the highest degree of confidence when I do have to call that issues are taken care of quickly. These guys really deserve an award.

Vast number of reports, very diverse in what you can pull. Ability to save to queue to have a history of all transactions.

The support from VMS is great, they are always very helpful and responsive. The product is easy to use and navigate, and we are very happy.

It has great functionality, and it's user friendly.

I know we will see better tracking between warehouses once everyone gets it under control.

It is a very powerful accounting software. If used properly it can do a lot of amazing things.
