Pros
- We can share great ideas and safety news and procedures and you can make yourself visible to other companies.
- The dashboard is fairly easy to navigate and the message center is very helpful to keep on top of requirements and information requests.
Cons
- If you are a contractor, you are forced to subscribe to ISN. Rather than work to make you want to be a customer, they threaten to notify your customers if you do not renew every year.
- I'm unable to respond because I am unable to log in. I've called ISN numerous times, but no one has ever assisted me.
Pros
- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
