JobFLEX provides an efficient way to create professional quotes on site, while still in the field with a customer. All quotes can be customized to include logos, photos, and any other marketing collateral, and drop-down menus ensure that typing is minimized. Quotes can be printed out via a Bluetooth printer, emailed to the customer directly, or, if no Internet is available, can be reviewed by the customer on the tablet. The customer can then sign the quote immediately on the tablet.
The Customer Management and Scheduling tool provides an easy way to organize sales, leads, and opportunities. As appointments are scheduled, a member of a team can be assigned to connect with the potential customer, helping to streamline the overall sales process.
The file manager creates a new file each time a new project is added, and attaches all relevant files, photographs, and documents to the project. This way, paperwork can be minimized, and even eliminated, helping move companies to a paperless workplace. Because JobFLEX is web based, these documents can be accessed by members of the team from anywhere. Easy to use, simple user interface, quickly add items and photos to your quotes for a more professional look, incorporates your business logo and information to quotes, quickly and easily generate invoices from the customers quote for fast and easy payments, generates reports so you can keep track of quotes, sales customers and inventory.
There haven't been any issues that I myself have come across while using the app that hasn't been resolved immediately.

I love how easy it is to put quotes together. Has made my life much easier! Very professional layout and love how you can add pictures to a bid, that sets me apart with my customers.
Really wish there was an option to create invoices though. I would give a perfect rating if I could slap together an invoice as quickly as a quote at the end of a job.
The ease of use and the ability to add pictures really gives my customers the ability to see exactly what they are paying for.
There isn't an option to create invoices from the bids. That would be perfect.
