LEVESYS is a construction project management solution designed to help contractors in a variety of industries create estimates, manage bids, schedule projects, correspond with customers, track finances, and manage follow-up repairs and ongoing services. The solution is accessible on both PCs and mobile devices and can be deployed on the cloud or via a local server.

Through the LEVESYS job-costing module users are able to create estimates and quotes, manages purchases and invoices, analyze win/loss rates, and view transactions against their budget and track work progress. Controls and tracking capabilities help minimize the risk involved in ordering and purchasing processes with LEVESYS Procurement, and the cost estimating tool generates complex quotes and estimates throughout the planning, design, and construction phases. Also, the Subcontract Management module provides ways for users to schedule, control, and manage subcontracts regardless of the size and scope of the project.

I would strongly recommend to do your research before buying this.

Pros

It does the job, it keeps records of most of the stuff you do. But nothing is slik or easy. You could customize reports.

Cons

The software is not user friendly. It's really slow and too complicated. Lots of entering required. It feels it was designed in the 90s and just a few cosmetic stuff has been up dated.
