Great tool
It was great. I am trying to introduce it in my new role too to take benefit of it.
PROSIt was one of the best HR/Admin services I used. All my requests was processed fast (in a day) which was as fast as I could imagine for such requests.
CONSI encountered no Cons during my use of this service.

Dreadful.
PROSAbsolutely, positively, nothing good to say about this product.
CONSNothing worked, took forever to get anything done, none of the software had the ability to do any self service, and mistakes were constantly made. Onboarding was not gender appropriate, and they FORGOT to onboard me for benefits entirely. Worst thing? We had to communicate with a dedicated "delight manager" to get anything changed or fixed.

We've updated our sign up process to meet the needs of users of all genders, and while the benefits setup was previously a pen-and-paper process that led to human error, it is now fully-automated. In fact, the entire Panther platform is now fully-automated through software. The intention behind this is for caring users like yourself to be able to do everything you need to do instantly, and error-free. Honest Review
I sure like getting paid! Direct deposit is nice, and I appreciate having taxes/ CPP/ EI etc taken at source VS. working as a contractor and having to do it myself.
CONSNot sure if this is Pather's fault or Elements HR, but they're really not very good. It takes FOREVER to get changes made (like annual bonuses arriving 3 months late) and they actually sent salary increase notices to all the WRONG employees (talk about awkward). Trying to get an Addendum signed and its taking way longer and involving way more email notifications than it should. Also have no idea who my Panther rep is or who to ask for questions; the person who onboarded us isn't there any more. Elements HR seems to have a new person every time I have a question, both of which seem to be red flags.

The partner that handled the employment here, Elements Global (now known as Atlas), failed on more than one account. We've terminated our relationship with them, and over the last several months have worked tirelessly to become much more automated in our operations, to avoid errors and help customers get things done (like salary changes) in minutes instead of weeks/months.
