- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
- Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- I like that we can build estimates and track a project from beginning to end. All costs go in and are automatically available for invoicing at markup rates.
- Our firm project leaders are excited about abilities and integrations.
Cons
- The only downside I have had is not being able to customize the software's reports at my level to the needs.
- The one downside is that it does not have a payroll application. If you do in-house payroll, you will need a separate software to run along side InFocus.
