The users and administrators have the ability to make changes without working with customer service or incurring charges. Customer service is amazing and friendly.

A1 is an easy system to use with good basic functions.

I haven't run into any problems in the past five years using this software.

Making changes to settings is difficult for me however I am not always technology savvy.

The ability to add many different costs for claim easily and attach multiple documents at once to a claim is very handy.

I was the primary system administrator for our company. The response time from customer support was short and the help they provided was spot-on.

But because I didn't often utilize these options, I had a difficult time recalling how to make choices or navigate through the menu.

A1 is a Great Software Company. Excellent for Claims Tracking and Reporting.

You can even have them help you pare the features down to only the things that are really necessary in your organization, which we liked since we were working on a budget.

My experience with A1 Tracker has been amazing. I mainly deal with insurance certificates of insurance with multiple requirements dependent on contract types awarded.

Also customer service is always standing by and responds to emails super quickly which I appreciate. This is definitely worth every penny.

I have used many claims systems and this is very customizable from simple to robust. It could easily fit any claims need.

We implemented A1 Tracker to replace our old claims management software and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

This seems like a good software to consider as it allows one to do everything in one. I would like to have a free trial on this one.

Overall, I love adobe sign and I love how you can actually get your own handwritten signature on the docs and not just choose a cursive font to type out your name in.

The only complaint I have is occasional freezing of the documents when trying to sign. Its generally corrected by exiting the form and accessing again but its still an inconvenience at times.

But it was ridiculous to have to pay a monthly fee for a service I only need to use 2 months out of the year or very occasionally. Just didn't make financial sense in the end.

The other good feature is you can send the document to your client with a signature. In additon customer service are giving very good service ,they are really willing to help you.

I think that licensing model is quite vague. When looking at Adobe's website for the first time, I was lost as to what are the actual costs for Adobe Sign enterprise module.

I like Adobe sign because I was able to have a trial at first. I used Adobe Sign and it was really good.

As a writer, I appreciate a good tool that helps me get the job done.

It also prevents the document's name from being altered, which might be inconvenient.

I like that you are able to upload documentation to a form and that form then can be signed electronically. I like that it is easy to use and quick.
