  • Pros

  • I was very impressed with how easy it was to use LinkSquares.
  • I like the simplicity of the dashboard and user friendliness. Our account manager and customer support has been incredibly responsive and quick to address any of our questions.
  • Cons

  • This may seem very odd, but the name eludes me at times - can't seem to connect it with what the system does. A very minor point and probably more a user issue than a LinkSquares issue.
  • The limited features for scheduling tasks and lack of autopopulated fields (e.g., the product automatically picking up dates to populate the beginning and end dates of the contract term).

  • The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
  • Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
  • Cons

  • The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
  • Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
