Overall I have had a positive experience with LinkSquares. The support team is always extremely responsive.

This may seem very odd, but the name eludes me at times - can't seem to connect it with what the system does. A very minor point and probably more a user issue than a LinkSquares issue.

The limited features for scheduling tasks and lack of autopopulated fields (e.g., the product automatically picking up dates to populate the beginning and end dates of the contract term).

I was very impressed with how easy it was to use LinkSquares.

I like the simplicity of the dashboard and user friendliness. Our account manager and customer support has been incredibly responsive and quick to address any of our questions.

Overall, my experience has been great. The team is so helpful and so willing to go above and beyond to help me realize the full value of the product.

But overall the process of buying, implementing and using the product is simple, easy and very cost effective.

Super clean and easy to love user interface. It doesn't matter the scope or size of the contract, linksquares makes it easy to access and securely share content and contracts as needed.

I like that it is user friendly and provides the ability to search across the entire contract database.

I like that I can search by keywords to find all the contracts that include that. It is helpful when I am trying to figure out how many of our contracts contain the same language.

This led to confusion on what we agreed to deliver, SLAs and project budget. With LinkSquares access, contracts are easily accessible and contractual questions can be answered in minutes.

Organization can be a bit difficult and requires a bit of manual effort in order to store and track properly.

The OCR misses some basics that we were told would be captured.

The company strives for excellence and is continuing to look for new and innovative ways to improve.

I love being able to run reports, and I love that the product is able to take even the worst quality scanned documents and turn them into something searchable.

The software is good but the people with Proposify are GREAT. Having multiple types of proposals for different types of clients.

Little issues of moving the pricing tables and images, sometimes they are embedded, sometimes not. It depends and is frustrating.

Easily to modify and build your proposal template, and easy to maintain it to deliver to your customers.

Integrating with our CRM was as easy as a few mouse clicks. Clients love being able to review and sign proposals online, and I love the notifications and analytics behind the proposals.

Love it , and I truly believe it’s worth the price I pay.

Beautiful looking proposals, easy to use templates and libraries, very impressive for clients and it looks great when printed out too.

It helped us to create high quality proposal template which are so easy to deploy to new clients. We especially love the integrations with Hubspot CRM and Fresh books.

Glitchiest software we have EVER used. Trying to format is horrible.

The worst experience was when I lost hours worth of work for a big proposal (and it didn't autosave), making for a sleepless night.

Even better is the seemless integrations with Harvest, creating an invoice from a proposal when it is signed, and importing contacts from Harvest. This automated approach is saving me a bunch of time.

Easy to use, beautiful software and amazing customer support.

If you take everything mentioned above and add a sweet integration with Zapier it makes me a happy business owner.

Very poor quality product, Poor integrations, Poor proposal layouts that are inconsistent.

Such a great product with such great potential and such shortsighted execution.

Missing a subtotal line which we have asked for.

Love the ability to save snippets to reuse later. Videos in proposals are a game changer.

It's great to see a SaaS product backed up by brilliant and quick customer support. This is so rare these days.

It is also nice that you can track when someone has opened your email/proposal and how long they have viewed different sections, which greatly helps during sales follow-ups.

Customer support is awesome and so responsive. Every proposal we have turned out with Proposify has looked amazing and our conversion rate has increased 20.

We used Proposify for a very long time and it was really nice. The template were great it  was a very easy to use software.

Additionally link sharing and signatures are super simple and make the signature process awesome.

I've used this both in an agency setting and as an individual consultant to craft and send proposals. I truly do believe that a great proposal (both visually and written) helps to win business.

We are also interested to see that a lot of third party integrations can be done on this tool like adding in Zoho platform etc.

It also lets us give options in the proposal for the client to pick things like # of years of licensing or change the amount of deliverables to get the final price they need.

Instead I've inherited a new set of problems created by Proposify that is far worse.

Pricey but looks like it is worth it. A free trial experience helps in knowing if it works for you.

The editor in the tool can also be a pain to work with - it's very clunky in parts and adding simple tables can be an infuriating experience.

We love being able to create beautiful, visually compelling proposals quickly from content that we have banked.

Honestly can't praise Proposify enough. The webapp runs really well, is very intuitive and straight forward.
