Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have found this app great, and during lock down it really has encouraged me to be more fit and active.
- The app is very easy to use, understand and helps awareness of deficiences in certain areas of wellbeing. I really like the challenges and it made me want to improve on each target daily.
- I like the eas of use...it helps me to meditate. Mostly I used this for mediation.early in the morning.they have a good collection.i also like there mediation courses.
Cons
- If GoVida is synced first, not all of the data is captured. This means that on occasions the app has not recognised all my steps, and subsequently miss out on the extra points.
- For example, GoVida sends a notification to remind me to take a deep breath which annoys me.
- I was using the app at the start when there were a few teething problems. These have by and large been erased now though.
Pros
- Overall it is a great app and I thoroughly enjoy watching my colleague's progress in their physical and mental well being. Hope to continue to see Sprouts grow as an app for everyone.
- The idea of inspiring a healthier lifestyle and challenging yourself and others is awesome I do like what the app is about.
- I really like this for software is very friendly and easy to navigate. The information I needed to be successful in my healthy lifestyle is spot on.
Cons
- I dislike how sometimes the information presented on the app, or the features on the app are not working properly or do not go into enough detail for my personal need.
- If you are planning to start the working week with bulk message downloads, Sprout will greatly disappoint you: you can add only one message at a time.
- I find it tricky to track past dated entries, in case, I missed it for some reason.
