Agency management made life simple
My agents have actionable dashboards and this has resulted in better retention, sales and overall productivity in the agency.
PROSThe best thing Agencymate brought to the table was the ease of use. I have been in the business for 30 years and this is truly the best insurance software program I have seen.
CONSAt this time I have not encountered a problem with the software, the support team has been fast at addressing any concerns.
Reason for choosing AGENCYMATE
Agencymate had the only product that had everything built into one platform. The rest had outside vendors handling the Campaign management, the CRM, as well as other features. This caused issued in the past when Microsoft does updates. Plus the pricing was better than expected.
Reasons for switching to AGENCYMATE
Just after years of the system having issues that were in my opinion poorly communicated and handled I need to make a change. I did not know expect it to go as well as it has.

Easy to Navigate
My overall experience was great! The Cote support staff were able to customize the product to our agencies needs and resolve issues quickly.
PROSEase of use, functionality, dashboard, system reports and the ability to track leads.
CONSCommission statements are not yet fully functional.
