Great software for construction companies!

I have been using optiOffer to create quotation for potential buyers of our tiny houses. It helped me streamline my sales process having a custom made offer in less than an hour rather a day! Less resources used from my HR team and more engagement from the customers.

PROS

I have started to use Opti Ofer 3 months ago and I can say that it has been very useful for my construction company! It's great if you need to make fast price quotations (mine take less than 5 minutes) with repetitive products. It looks slick and professional and clients can see a big improvement from the word or excel based offers that I have used previously.

CONS

Not a lot - there a few bugs but the developing team has taken aboard my suggestions and already made the changes! Really good customer service .

A simple cloud solution to create quotations on the go!

We needed a simple cloud solution to create quotations on the go with company tablets. The photos in the quotations are so HQ that you can actually zoom in on them and they look crystal clear! Took around 1-2 days to setup product and client database and the template personalization.

PROS

It's easy to use, I like that Offer/product/client pages have different colors so you can easily recognize them throughout the app. Great support!

CONS

PDF files are sometimes large in size, but the photos are incredible.
