The customer service has been amazing and every time I have a question or need help, there is either a video or the service has been prompt and educational.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

Ease of use and great functionality - very easy to export desired reports.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.

This software is very complete and offer a complete solution for many different customization.

It's easy to use for my customers. And if I have a question, customer service is great and fast.

It's still a very polished app that I'm sure will only get better. My customers enjoy the user experience and features which is most important.

Zakeke is an Awesome and easy software to help our customers customise our products.

We used Zakeke, but are actively searching for alternatives to escape the sales commission pricing model. The app itself works quite well.

I looked at all the other apps out there and this was by far the best and easiest to use and implement.

Finally, the price is attractive for all this service offered.

We like the software and our clients are happy to have it so they can create their designs easy and free.

Zakeke is a pretty robust 3d product configuration software, that integrates with all of the most popular ecommerce platforms, which is nice.

We like that you can choose exactly where the customization will take place by uploading a vector file. It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store.

Our customers love being able to add their own messages to our beautiful designs.

The integration was a little difficult because we have other modules that were not that compatible and had to make some changes on our web.

The pricing model on this is borderline crazy. It really doesn't make sense for a product customizer plugin to take a percentage of all of your sales.

Once you get set up, it's pretty easy to use, and adding customizable products is easy, feeding into your store via API.

Great flexibility, allowing it so offer complex custom options on a huge range of products.

The ability to use our own 3D photography for custom products allows us to shape exactly how the software looks. Custom fonts is also a brilliant little tool to really perfect the outcome.

I think the company is working hard on the software since there are often changes after updates. Sometimes a change takes some getting used to.

It is easy to use, logical and simple to implement. The support that is provided by the team at Zakeke is brilliant and speedy.

I don't think that you should charge for every transaction, we already pay every month to use your software and that should be enough.

The customers had a fantastic user experience and my rate conversion is grown 40.

If I'm being honest then pricing has to be the most attractive part about this item. There are many similar options out there with better or worse UX but they are thousands of times more expensive.

It's pretty easy to install and use, and if you encounter an issue, you will receive the amazing help of the Zakeke team. I'm very satisfied of this tool.

I love the app's full functionality and its ease of implementation. Our customers love the customization interface and of course the 3D preview.

Zakeke has saved us tons of time. It is so user friendly and is constantly being updated with new features that make it even easier.

Overall the customer support is quick and they do their best to help. They understand the limitations and I hope they correct them soon.

We are at the early stages, but so far so good. Pretty sure this will work & help increase our turnover.
