It's an awesome ATS, customer support is very responsive & can make custom to your workflow with enterprise edition.

I love how organized the software is. There are so many intricate components, and the sections allow us to categorize the work flow better.

The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.

Its been problematic and terrible since the beginning. We will be switching in short order.

I think Bullhorm has a great user interface which makes the software really easy to use. I also like it offers a good range of integrations with third parties.

I like it's ability to track and log activity and it's ease of reporting. I know what my call count is at all times and the number of calls I need to make to hit my number.

Ease of use, the sytem allows me tofind and add information with the greatest of ease.

Candidate management has always been a struggle for us but Bullhorn does a wonderful job in helping recruiters succeed on our daily tasks.

Overall, I think that the software was effective and easy to use. The software had up-to date features that made the experience of using the software pleasant.

The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.

Integrates with a lot of other software we use like TextUs, Herefish, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Jobs, etc. We also like that it has a lot of capability and functionality, more than other ATS's I have used.

I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.

The speed (or lack thereof) when loading each screen is terrible. The support staff can access your data without your knowledge.

They then continue to expect payments to be made to them and will make contact regularly to make demands, while completely ignoring and refusing to act on the unresolved issues.

Bullhorn provides the utmost ATS, we can easily keep a track of the candidates and the scrutinization becomes easy with the desired keywords set. The user interface of the software is also good.

I have trouble with looking at everything and staying organized with those functions.

Its OK, better than others out there but has a long way to go before we'd consider it perfect.

I like the ease of use the fast tracking of suitable people and the easyness to keep track on everthing.

The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.

User friendly to those who have worked with applicant tracking systems or CRMs. Good integration with other systems.

I enjoyed the reminder emails that would automatically be sent every week to remind me to enter and submit my time. It was also great to be able to see all previous weeks' hours and history.

Because there are so many types of one function, it becomes too cluttered and difficult to use. The quick access is lacking with this system and the pricing did not sit right with me at all.

It's a bit hard to understand what to do in the backoffice.

Overall experience is going great, still new to it.

For the money, we decided to drop using Conversica.

The ease of use, the ability to have our automated specialists take control of the cadences, and then all the information comes back to me.

It handles and engages multiple inbound as well as outbound leads that too from multiple channels, so efficiently. Integration with Salesforce is easy.

It allows me to evaluate those who want to improve from those who do not so my calls are targeted instead of random. It makes my day just better overall.

Conversica is a great way to have a personal approach with prospects without using employee bandwidth.

We had the same struggles a lot of organizations had, we had leads falling through the cracks.

Amazing advancement of technology as we are now able to automate our own departmental and market optimization plans.

The greatest benefit I see is that we now have an assistant that does not need any breaks from work and delivers services better than actual human assistants, thus saves us a lot of cost and effort.

What I find frustrating is when you do not have admin access you lose out on access to features of the tool that make things much easier as the main user.

Using Conversica seemed to make our sales staff even lazier than they were before implementing. There was also confusion between the phone operators, the sales team and the customers.

Conversica helps uncover money that potentially would have been left on the table and it helps to speed up lead conversion time.

Once installed and integrated with Salesforce, it has proven to be a great addition to our process, teeing up these prospects for our sales team.

It is really helpful in the sales department of our business. We get support from technical specialists at any given time.
