Most mover software is written based on what the developers THINK a moving company needs, not what a moving company thinks it needs. Chariot listens and that's a hard thing to find.

I used to have a hard time trying to manage the over-draft fees and still have enough to live on. With Chime if I am having a hard time they will spot me with problems and no overdraft charges.

I love Chime it's an easy to use banking app with no fees.

Was  told I could cancel at any time but can not get them to stop billing me.

Chime makes it cold calling easy, we know the people who are registered on our Chime site are interested in learning their house value or interested in purchasing a place.

The Customer support has been great 90% of the time. Occasionally, a silly response is provided by customer support, but I realize they are only communication what they have been told.

I've had many, many problems and customer support is awful to deal with. They are terrible about getting back to me, all but impossible to reach, and not able to fix problems, even at a basic level.

There are a lot of glitches, errors in the system, problems with email templates, etc. They are all items I would associate with trying to grow quickly.

It's flexible and user-friendly. It has great tech support that usually answers within minutes - which is really helpful.

This makes it difficult to manage my own funds without accessing it.

Lofty is a marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) suite designed for small and midsize real estate businesses. Chime provides team management features, lead and customer management and content management.


Lofty sends automated alerts when a new lead is entered, and users can also configure automatic reply emails for new leads. Managers can use configurable assignment rules to automatically assign leads to specific agents. Email marketing campaigns can be set up for individual agents or an entire organization.


Lofty's content management system provides configurable templates and color schemes for company websites. Website features can include live chat between agents and site visitors, a property search tool and blog comments. Visitor activity on the site is tracked and reported in the CRM module. Users can run reports for lead sources, revenue, marketing ROI, web traffic and more.
