I've had many, many problems and customer support is awful to deal with. They are terrible about getting back to me, all but impossible to reach, and not able to fix problems, even at a basic level.

Our Changemakers' journey with Zelos was great due to the fact that really eased the challenge of how to gamify our youth programs.
