  • Pros

  • Price is right for what you get and much more affordable than industry standards. Training with online/youtube options has been very good.
  • The graphics and general user interface design were very important to us and Claritysoft scored high is this area. It's customizable and fun.
  • Cons

  • We had employees refuse to use it because they were so frustrated.
  • This becomes confusing for the sales team because it shows in both places. Most CRM’s that have multiple pipelines take the Pipeline down to the Stage level.

  • Automation workflows of drip is the major and most powerful feature. Rules and Tags also helps to create different types of audience.
  • Drip has outstanding customer service, an intuitive and easy to identify interface, and unmatched features.
  • Cons

  • Some of the features are still in development and they can take a long time to come out. Sometimes subscribers will get stuck in a workflow.
  • Expensive in the market when compared to other tools and it is burden for freelancers and early stage bloggers.
