  • Pros

  • I have to say the Cleo support and help section is spectacular and one of the best I've ever come across. They have a clear academy which offers training on specific things you can do in the software.
  • Clio Manage and Grow have been excellent additions to our practice. We especially love the integrations with other programs that we use.
  • Cons

  • Document automation is TERRIBLE and invoicing just means linking to Quickbooks.
  • Billing is cumbersome and inefficient, lacking in options to suspend printing for those clients who are in collections.

  • What I loved about SendPulse in email marketing is that it has a free tier for up to 2500 subscribers, so you get to try it for free. The other main advantage is the automation features.
  • The main and most important thing is that its easy to use highly effective. Mobile access best customer service.
  • Cons

  • You need to take filters very seriously. If I configure mailing in SendPulse incorrectly, most messages will be sent to spam.
  • She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.
