Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.

  • Pros

  • All the features are easy to use and it has great integration with a lot of lead generation tools which is essential when needing to manage and nurture leads.

  • Ease of setting up workflows and subcriber tags. The ability to qualify my leads with a lead score.. the integrations with other software is awesome!

  • Cons

  • There's a steep learning curve, but it's really as simple as it gets. Not a lot of good support for HTML emails, but that's okay--and they're making improvements.

  • It's not their core service but something Metrilo does great is eCommerce analytics. But Metrilo doesn't have as good integrations and features Drip offers.
