  • Pros

  • What i like most about this software is how user friendly it is as well as the customer support, always there when you need them.
  • Contact Monkey did exactly what I needed it to do and was easy to learn and use, this software is popular with all of my friends and acquaintances who handle mailing lists, tracking, and more.
  • Cons

  • This may not be Contact Monkey's fault and may be limited to the ISP information they receive. Nonetheless it is a problem.
  • Only complaint I have is how it tracks opens when sending a single email to multiple contacts.

  • I can't say enough good things about the quality of the organization's customer support. They are simply the best of the best.
  • Integration with our existing business processes was easy and the ability to add unlimited custom fields was a big plus for us.
  • Cons

  • We can no longer upload data into the system, I do believe that option was disabled by the larger corporation we represent, and not a factor of SalesNOW, that has limited its effectiveness.
  • It doesn't integrate with our Health Information System, although they've tried very hard to get that done.
