Pros
- Deltek vision is very good software to use to handle many database simultaneously. During that work we can easily filter the important data.
- Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.
Cons
- Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.
- It takes a ridiculously long time to run many of our reports and it's a constant source of pain for both the users and those of use who support the product.
Pros
- What I loved about SendPulse in email marketing is that it has a free tier for up to 2500 subscribers, so you get to try it for free. The other main advantage is the automation features.
- The main and most important thing is that its easy to use highly effective. Mobile access best customer service.
Cons
- You need to take filters very seriously. If I configure mailing in SendPulse incorrectly, most messages will be sent to spam.
- She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.
