It's been difficult finding a mapping software that is as user-friendly and has the amount of features eSpatial has. The customer service is exceptional.

The ability for Sales & Marketing power users to view and collaborate on the same project directly in SFDC & in real-time is a game-changer.

This was a great product and I was able to do exactly what I was trying to do simply by following the helpful steps in the app, making it incredibly easy to learn how to use the app.

A little confusing and I don't like how I can't have the style pane open simultaneously while adjusting other aspects of my map.

Any improvement that I've suggested has eventually been implemented, and the customer service/support is TOP NOTCH.

Not only is our account manager accessible and responsive for questions, but he is also curious, determined and creative in solving our specific mapping needs.

The database library is a little difficult to navigate.

Can be confusing to use with all the different forms.

The ease of visibility to my teams. Provides simple solutions to escalations we see in the field and provides insight for partners to show off all the awesome things they are doing on their own.

No way to attach contacts to accounts. Stay scared that when I leave the routing screen my route will be gone.

I like the ease of use the most about the Outfield software. It loads my data pretty much everywhere very quickly and there are minimal glitches or bugs.

The only thing that has verb difficult with this software are the software updates causing issues with syncing.

Only negative is the fact that I have to be working in order to use this application.

Good to see pictures of what other stores look like and what they set in the store and how stores are taken care of by other reps. Also to see what kind of orders are being done by the reps.

It was simple, accurate and very user friendly. Since I have been using it I have not asked for help from the technical team, I like the Idea it stores your past information.
